Project Deficiency Reports |
Any deficiencies or problems that would prevent us from performing our work or
that would affect the satisfactory operation of the HVAC system, will be communicated to
the mechanical contractor or the responsible party in the form of a written deficiency
report signed by the field technician. If the deficiency causes a work shortage and
occasions us to pull off the project, we will check back periodically. We would also
expect to be notified that the deficiencies have been corrected and when to proceed. The
deficiency reports are sent out on a daily basis via fax or mail to the responsible party
and a copy is maintained in our job file.
 |
Reports |
All reports are submitted in booklet form containing test sheets of the various
apparatus installed on the subject projects. Recorded data includes: equipment, unit
number and location, manufacturer, model number, serial number and operating conditions
specified and actual. For terminal devices, the number of the device with the associated
prime mover is listed on the recorded air terminal test sheet. The report could also
contain a summary or remarks and recommendations. Reports are reviewed and stamped by our
NEBB Certified Supervisors, issued on NEBB approved forms completed by our technicians
using notebook computers to record retrieved data.
