In February of 2015, the founder and President of Annandale Balancing Company, Inc., William D. Toney, Jr. passed away. Bill Toney not only left the company with a legacy of business ethics, knowledge and expertise that the company will continue to carry on into the future, but he also assisted in developing and training the current 8 NEBB Certified Professionals as well as the 15 NEBB Certified Technicians that bond our great company today.

Employed by Annandale Balancing Company, Inc. since 2000, Scott obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Accounting from George Mason University in 1986 before becoming a CPA in 1987. He worked in the small business construction industry up until his arrival to the family business in 2000. After joining the company in 2000, Mr. Scott Toney has assisted Annandale Balancing in progressing to be widely known in the industry as one of the leaders in HVAC Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing & Building Systems Commissioning.

Team member since 2009. Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Virginia Military Institute in 2007.

Team member since 2008. Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems and Business from Strayer University in 1992.
